To register on RenWeb, the online gradebook program used by SACS:
 
  1. Go to www.renweb.com
 
  1. Click on “ParentsWeb Login” (a maroon button along the left side of the page)
 
  1. In the School ID box, enter GCC-SDA (capital letters required), then click “Submit”
 
  1. In the Email box, enter your email address (the one given to the school at registration)
 
  1. Click on “New Parent Login”.  You will be sent a password to your email address.  Follow the directions in the email to change it to something you can remember!
 
After receiving your password via email, follow steps 1-4 above, then enter your password in the Password box below the Email box, and click on “Parent Login”.  A calendar page will pop up.  Along the left side, there are several links.
 
To access your child’s grades:
 
  1. Click on “Classroom” for a menu of your child’s classes
  2. Click on the “Gradebook” button near the top of the page
  3. Click on “Gradebook Details” for each class you wish to view
 
Note: The “Homework Summary” button currently does not show any information because we are not using that function at this time.
 
 
To view your child’s attendance record:
  1. Click on “Attendance” at the calendar page
  2. Select the applicable quarter from the links under your child’s name on the left
 
 
To access your child’s report card (at the end of the quarter):
  1. Click on “Report Card” at the calendar page
  2. Select your child’s name in the small links near the top left
  3. Please note that the Report Card online is not an official report
