Jerson J Malaguit is a transplanted lifetime Chicagoan who comes to Savannah after teaching for seven years at Riverview Memorial School in Norridgewock, Maine. During his collegiate years, he stinted at the University of Illinois, Andrews, La Sierra, and Newbold College in England before finally graduating Cum Laude from the University of Maine at Farmington. He is blessed with his wife, Kristi, and their three children.
Jerson has been teaching Academy Geometry, Algebra, Computers, US and World History, 5-8 Math, and Reading at RMS. Above everything, his ultimate underlying goal is to get each and every one of his students to know Christ better. "A teacher-friend once told me that teaching was in many ways a missionary job. Once you take on that mindset, everything changes."
