Mrs. Baker would really like an Ellison Machine. This is a machine that takes a piece of paper and cuts out an item or letter (typically used for scrapbooking, but very handy for a teacher). These are available on sites like eBay and Michael's and pretty much any teaching or craft store. She would also appreciate any die cuts (e.g. letters, number, pictures, etc) to go in it.
